The "Cala Di Mola" complex, just 800 metres from Porto Azzurro and overlooking the Gulf of Mola, has a characteristic Mediterranean setting and is built like a village with terraced pavilions. Surrounded by greenery, it is immersed in beautiful vegetation with paths and flower beds that make the view enchanting and the stay peaceful and relaxing.
The residences located higher up also enjoy sea views, are surrounded by green trees and offer absolute tranquillity. They have a balcony or small garden walkway furnished with tables and chairs. Children can enjoy large outdoor spaces. Satellite TV, direct-dial telephone. Welcome fridge on arrival (water, soft drinks and milk).
Mono A sleeping 2/3, on the lower floor, have a small kitchenette with 2 electric hotplates, bathroom and small outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs for dining outside.
Mono B sleeping 4, on the upper floor has a small kitchenette with 2 electric hotplates, bathroom and large terrace equipped with table and chairs for dining outside. It consists of a single open-plan space with a double bed on the mezzanine and two single beds in the living room below (which the mezzanine overlooks).
From 1.00 pm, a self-service snack bar operates by the swimming pool, next to the bar, offering a wide selection of food. The large swimming pool, with hydromassage and a children's section, is located by the sea and can be reached through an underpass; it is filled with seawater. Deckchairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and changing rooms are free for guests of both the hotel and the residences: pedal boat and kayak hire.
The complex has a private jetty for mooring guests' boats.
Beautiful free-access beaches nearby, about 1500 metres away, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Supermarket 500 metres away, pharmacy and medical service 1500 metres away, golf courses approx. 2 km away, Marina di Campo airport 21 Km away. Ferries provide frequent connections from Piombino to Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio, which are respectively 1 Km and 14 Km from the complex.
Guests of both the Hotel and the Residences can use all the services offered by the hotel complex and enjoy cool, pleasant evenings in the charming Hotel bar square, a meeting place where guests can spend enjoyable hours. All guests receive a welcome soft drink to be enjoyed after 9.30 pm at the Caffê della Piazzetta.
The entertainment staff organises pleasant evenings with music, dancing and cabaret and provides recreational and sporting activities within the complex: volleyball and bowls tournaments, group swimming lessons, aquagym, aerobic gymnastics, boat trips, card tournaments and various games.
