Residence Capobianco BY THE SEA
An exceptional place... with incredibly crystal-clear sea, whose photos appear in many of the most famous advertisements for Elba Island.
Residence Capobianco is like a large villa by the sea and consists of 10 apartments.
We offer direct access to the beach, free private parking and free Internet throughout the garden.
We are located in a residential area, but within about 3 minutes by car you can reach shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and discount stores, a hospital, three pharmacies, as well as car, boat and bicycle rentals, taxis, diving schools, departures for excursions around the Tuscan Archipelago, museums... In short, you will find everything you need.
IMPORTANT: there are no extra charges in the price list, except for air conditioning/heating, which is charged according to consumption if used. Bed linen and towels are included.
We offer discounted ferry fares.

1.5 km from the port and the tourist, historic and shopping centre.
15 km from the airport.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Minimum stay: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday between 22 June and 14 September. During all other periods, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
- Check-out on departure day by 10:00 a.m.
- Small pets allowed on request.
PORTOFERRAIO is home to:
- the 16th-century Renaissance fortified town of Cosmopoli;
- the Napoleonic Villas;
- the Etruscan-Roman archaeological museum area.
