Complesso composto da due palazzine fronte mare ubicate in zona panoramica dominante la baia di Morcone a ca. 3 km da Capoliveri centro.

La struttura dispone di monolocali per 2/3 persone e di bilocali per 4/5 persone, tutti con spazio esterno attrezzato, alcuni con vista mare.

La spiaggia a 400 mt  è raggiungibile, a piedi, percorrendo un sentiero contornato da piante e da vegetazione mediterranea.
