Le Solane is located just outside the centre of Marina di Campo, about 3 km from its beach, on a promontory surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. From here guests can enjoy a beautiful view over the Gulf of Marina di Campo and the plain stretching behind its long sandy beach. Le Solane also makes it possible to reach, in less than 5 minutes, two of the most beautiful and well-equipped sandy beaches on Elba Island, both ideal for families with children.
Facilities include a large swimming pool with sun terrace, private parking for guests, outdoor lighting, a shared barbecue area and reception. The residence also has a reserved parking area in the centre of Marina di Campo, close to the sea.
The apartments
The studios and one-bedroom apartments are ideal for couples and families and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Simply furnished, comfortable and functional, all apartments are equipped with colour TV, safe and a furnished outdoor area.
Each apartment has a veranda or terrace furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The studio apartment for 4 guests, located within the Residence CAV Le Solane complex, measures approximately 30 m². It consists of a double bed, equipped kitchen and living area with double sofa bed, all in one room, plus a bathroom with shower.

The one-bedroom apartment for 5 guests, located within the Residence CAV Le Solane complex, measures approximately 48 m². It consists of a double bedroom with an additional single bed, an equipped kitchen with living area and double sofa bed, plus a bathroom with shower.
