The Residenza Sant'Anna del Volterraio is a new complex that extends on a large valley just behind the nice seaside village of Bagnaia, just in front of Portoferraio. In a private estate of 230 hectares, where you can make pleasant walks in the uncontaminated nature of Elba, there is a common park of 3 hectares with 2 tennis courts, 1 swimming pool for aduldts and 1 for children, solarium, sport facilities, car routes totally undergrounded; the Villa Sant'Anna, from Napoleonic period, you can find a Bar, a TV room, a Sauna with relatives showers and dressing rooms.
Services: each apartment has 1 car parking, besides, into the Residenza there is some open-air car parking, pizzeria restaurant "Il Giardino degli Aranci", 2 tennis courts, 2 swimminpools (1 for adults- 1 for children), Solarium, coin-laundry, reception, mini-market. In the centre of Bagnaia you can find restaurants, pizzerias, department store, bookstall, tobacos, ice-cream shop. On the beach of Bagnaia there is the seaside resort "Lo Scoglietto" and the Restaurant "Il Faro".
Club Villa Sant'Anna / Card Club House: The Club House Card, optional and free for children until 10 years old, allows free use of the swimming pool, the Villa Sant'Anna services and to have a discount for the tennis court.
Apartaments: are harmoniously fitted in the mediterranean green, olives trees and lawns. The residential building is divided in unit estates hidden in the land scape. All apartments are spacious and have independent entrance and patio – some of them have also exclusive garden-, funcional and nice furnishings, TV color plug (opportunity to rent TV color) bathrooms and rooms always with lows beds.
