Residence Villa Rosi is a family-run property, recommended for couples and families looking for a peaceful place to spend a relaxing holiday. The residence is located on a small hill overlooking the sea, just above Lido di Capoliveri beach, from which the Colle Lido area takes its name. The beach is 600 m away.
Only 10 km from the port of Portoferraio, the property can be reached in just 10 minutes.
The location is very convenient because, although it is in an area away from traffic and the main roads, some of the island's most characteristic and popular villages, such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, can be easily reached in just a few minutes.
This property has only ten apartments and, thanks to this feature, the residence is a place of great tranquillity, where guests can enjoy stays and moments of pure relaxation thanks to the large green spaces that completely surround the property, immersing it in typical Mediterranean vegetation.
Residence Villa Rosi has a large Natural Chlorine swimming pool with Electrolysis and each guest has two deckchairs and one beach umbrella available to fully enjoy their holiday. There is also a small bar by the pool.
The property also has a large park, with more than one thousand square metres of lawn. The park includes an area reserved exclusively for children, where slides, swings and other games such as table tennis are set out in the shade of a large pine tree. Nearby, relaxation areas have been created for adults, where they can read or simply relax.
