Brand-new independent detached house of 42 sq m, just a few minutes on foot from Pareti beach, on the southern coast of the island, in the municipality of Capoliveri, fully equipped.

The interior consists of a living room with kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom with an armchair bed for an additional third bed, and a bathroom with shower enclosure.

The outdoor area of the house is particularly attractive, as it allows guests to dine outside under a pergola and relax comfortably in complete freedom in a pleasant natural setting.
