Villa Primo Arcobaleno is an independent country house, nestled in the greenery of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, perfect as a retreat for those seeking silence and contemplation. It is located in the area of Redinoce, between Procchio and Marciana Marina, just 1.25 km from "La Paolina" beach. The villa enjoys an extraordinary sea view.
With an area of 100 m², the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. It consists of a large living/dining room with fireplace, wood stove, and a double sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed and a bridge double bed), and a bathroom with a bath/shower.
The villa is also equipped with various comforts, including a washing machine, electric oven, satellite TV, and a large outdoor porch furnished with a table, chairs, deck chairs, a wood oven, barbecue, and solar shower. In the garden in front of the villa, there is a ping-pong table, a table football, and darts.
The house is surrounded by two hectares of garden where fruit trees, flowers, and grassy lawns grow. A large pond enriches the charm of the garden.
It is possible to practice archery on straw targets and rubber animal targets. In the autumn, it is possible to pick mushrooms in the immediate vicinity of the house, on private, fenced land.
The villa also has a special enclosure for hosting horses. Pets are welcome, with prior notice to the owner.
Thanks to its central location within the national park, the villa is an ideal starting point for peaceful mountain biking, horseback riding, or hiking. Trails lead to the small hilltop village of Sant'Ilario, La Pila Airport, and near the picturesque village of Poggio. Longer hikes lead to the summit of Mount Capanne (1019 m), the highest mountain on the island.
To reach the villa, there is a stretch of steep dirt road 1.2 km long. The owner is available to accompany you.
