La Pergolina is an independent villa in a splendid panoramic position, built on the rocks of Spartaia Bay, near Procchio. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and overlooking the sea, it offers a private and authentic holiday, with the rare privilege of private access to the sea.
From the large sea-view terrace, via a stone staircase, you reach a private small terrace on the rocks, equipped for sunbathing and with direct access to clear, safe waters. Guests also have deckchairs, sun loungers and a canoe at their disposal, to enjoy the sea in complete freedom. Just a few steps away is Spartaia beach, with light-coloured sand and pleasant seabeds, also ideal for children. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented on the beach.
Outdoor spaces and relaxation
The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden, arranged on several levels and rich in shaded areas among the holm oaks. The main terrace, furnished with tables for outdoor dining, is the heart of the house: a panoramic space where you can relax, eat outdoors and enjoy the sunsets over the bay. Guests also have the use of a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water, particularly practical after a day on the beach or a swim in the sea.

La Pergolina is mainly arranged on a single floor facing the sea.

- while the sleeping area has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with bunk beds, for a total of 8 sleeping places.
The sleeping places can become 10 thanks to an additional small bedroom with bunk beds, connected to one of the double bedrooms. In the garden there is also a small dépendance surrounded by greenery, with a bedroom and private bathroom.
Close to Procchio and services
The centre of Procchio is about a ten-minute walk away and offers bars, restaurants, shops and all the main useful services during your holiday. The property also has two private, shaded parking spaces. Between one stay and the next, cleaning, disinfection and sanitisation standards are adopted for the rooms, thanks to collaboration with professionals in the sector.
