Villa Elbella is a sea-view villa in Portoferraio, overlooking the gulf and located just 100 metres from the beach. The relaxation area is furnished with comfortable sofas and overlooks the gulf panorama on one side and the wood-burning fireplace on the other. The living area is also equipped with a high-fidelity stereo sound system for audiophiles, with BlueRay, a 75-inch smart TV and DVDs with a selection of films and cartoons for children.

The kitchen is large and modern, arranged around a big central island with induction hob, and is fully equipped for every need. There are quality appliances such as an oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher and small appliances that make daily management simple and pleasant, even during longer stays.

Four terraces surround the villa, offering different spaces to enjoy throughout the day.
- The south-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners thanks to the presence of a built-in outdoor kitchen with barbecue, hob and sink.
- The north-facing terrace, on the other hand, is designed for relaxation, with a lounge area and dining table and a splendid view over Portoferraio, ideal at sunset when the sea breeze makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.

Beach within walking distance
Just a few steps from the villa, along a short path of about 80 metres, you can reach a natural and uncrowded beach, perfect for those who love a more authentic and peaceful sea. In the morning, the atmosphere is particularly charming and the sea offers moments of great relaxation.
For those who prefer an equipped beach, Schiopparello beach is about 300 metres away.
The villa is in a strategic position for getting around the island easily: Portoferraio, Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, markets and other services, all conveniently reachable on foot.
