The villa is located near the Church of Santo Stefano alle Trane, a strategic point to visit all the beaches and places on the island. The capital Portoferraio is only 10 minutes away by car (6,5 km).
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a living room with 3 sofas (one is a double sofa bed) a dining room and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Outside there is a covered space for outdoor dining surrounded by the beautiful nature with a BBQ. The garden is also equipped with a swimming pool, parasols and sun loungers. Parking spaces and a carport for 4 cars.
